Security · Owned or subcontracted, the same standard

No inspection, no route.

No unit touches your cargo without passing a mechanical inspection, a driver check and a K9 inspection. After that we follow it on the map until it delivers.

Before loading: 22 points or it does not leave

Every driver completes a 22-point checklist before starting the engine. No cargo is assigned to a unit with open defects on brakes, tires or lights.

Pre-trip inspection: the 22 points the driver checks before every departure, by category.

The driver: background, license and test

Background and license

We check every driver’s criminal record, license validity and fitness, whether the driver is on our staff or a partner carrier’s.

Alcohol and drug test

Before every trip. Whoever does not pass does not leave.

Exclusion list

A driver or a unit rejected at inspection does not load with us again.

No passengers

The assigned driver rides in the cab. No one else.

K9 inspection: no exceptions

Every unit goes through a K9 security inspection before it leaves, whether owned or subcontracted. It is a standard for every trip, not a measure for one particular customer.

Why it matters. A contaminated container or dry van is held at the port or at the border crossing, and your cargo with it. Checking first costs minutes; not checking can cost the shipment.

On the road: the driver does not improvise

  1. Active GPS and panic button

Every unit reports its position throughout the trip. A unit that stops reporting is treated as at risk: the monitoring center contacts the driver.

  2. Routes approved in advance

The driver travels only on the routes authorized for that trip.

  3. Stops only at authorized points

Rest, fuel and meals at defined places. There are areas where no one stops.

  4. Customs seals verified

The customs seal numbers go on the waybill (carta de porte) and are checked at every stop and at delivery.

  5. 24-hour monitoring center

A team watching the map day and night, with status reports at the frequency we agree with you.

If something happens: five minutes to report

  1. Immediate reportThe driver notifies the monitoring center within a maximum of five minutes.0–5 min
  2. Notice to the customerWe tell you what happened, where the unit is and what comes next.
  3. A plan to continueIf the vehicle is out of service, we coordinate with you how the trip continues.
  4. Closed with evidenceCustoms seals and proof of delivery are kept in the trip file.

Frequently asked questions: the ones we hear every day

Does the inspection also apply to subcontracted trucks?

Yes. A partner carrier’s unit goes through the same 22-point inspection, the same driver check and the same K9 inspection as one of our own units. If it does not pass, it does not load.

How do I know who is coming to load?

Before each trip we send you the driver and unit details, and the tracking link. The QR code card lets you validate at the gate that the driver, the tractor and the dry van are the ones assigned.

What happens if the truck stops where it should not?

The monitoring center sees every unit on the map. Stops are allowed only at authorized points; a stop outside them, or a unit that stops reporting, is treated as an alert and the monitoring center contacts the driver.

Is the cargo insured in transit?

Cargo insurance is arranged per shipment and quoted together with the freight. Ask for it in your request and we will tell you the coverage and the cost for that trip.

What do you do if there is an accident or a breakdown on the road?

The driver reports to the monitoring center within a maximum of five minutes. We notify the customer and activate the protocol that applies. If the unit is out of service, we coordinate with you how the trip continues.

Does your cargo demand more? Tell us.

If your operation has security requirements of its own, we review them with you before the first trip.
